Tulsa National Little League Kid Pitch 46/60 is a player pitch division. Our main emphasis in this division is to develop baseball knowledge, skills and the first throwing and hitting experience at Kid Pitch.
The teams play following the rules and direction of Tulsa National Little League Baseball. League play is open to 9-11 year old players. This league will play 12 to 15 games per season. All games are played at Tulsa National Little League complex near the corner of 61st St and S Yale Avenue. The pitching distance is 46 feet and the base path is 60 feet. This league is a no lead-off league–see local rules on the coaches page for expanded rules definition. All bats must be USA Baseball certified.
First Step for Team Manager or Coach?
Register your Team! We have a simple form where you list your contact information and also your player and friends, if any, to be on the same team. Many parents just list their player on the form and we’ll add the remaining players to complete your team.
Little League provides online instructional video, coaching tips and a booklet to help out each team. We’ve found the most successful teams have a good team manager that sends out a weekly email to the team.
We offer a very affordable registration fee that includes a hat and jersey. There are no other league costs involved, only additional cost is for personal items such as a glove, baseball pants, bat, or batting helmet. Gloves are the only essential item as players do end up sharing bats and other equipment. At the conclusion of each regular season, we schedule a tournament for the players. The winners of the tournament and runner-up teams receive trophies for each player.
Head Coaches, assistant coaches, and scorekeepers must complete a volunteer application. This is a safety requirement for the players and mandatory by Little League. You can do this during player registration or on our volunteer registration page. Tulsa National Little League supplies each team with practice balls, game balls, jersey and hat.
